the location was great, with easy access to ski lift and daily activities provided by the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the cozy and clean room, with comfortable bedding and spotless bathroom. the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of delicious food options to choose from. We also enjoyed the indoor spa and outdoor pool, as well as the daily afternoon snack buffet.

What a great experience we had over Christmas! The hotel was very clean with beautiful and modern rooms. The food was delicious and plentiful - we especially loved the wide variety of options available. The location was perfect, right next to the ski lift which made it convenient to get around. We also loved the bike rentals and free children's activities available, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a bit of a setback when we first arrived. We had reserved a specific room with a comfortable sofa, but were given an uncleaned and messy room instead.

Great location, right next to ski lifts and with a nice pool area. the activities organized for the kids were very helpful, giving parents a chance to relax. the daily bulletin was a nice touch to keep us informed about everything happening around the hotel.

The hotel is perfect for families with kids. The kids club is well-equipped with plenty of activities and the pools are suitable for small kids. The spa is beautiful and spacious with many saunas and relaxing areas. The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from the gondola for skiing and a nice sledding area is only three minutes away by car. The food is tasty with a variety of options at the buffet. The staff, especially in the restaurant, are professional and kind.
